Is PRWeb effective in terms of customer awareness?

We'd like to promote our product (KChoose Decision app at http://ecomlogy.com/index.php/products ) via PRWeb. If you have experience of using PRWeb, can you please advise me whether using PRWeb is very effective in terms of customer awareness (if more customers will be aware of the product)? Our target customers are business people from 20 to 60 years old who can use our product to make important decisions in their life and work such as buying a house, changing a job, hiring a new employee, and so on.

If it's effective, which package should we buy to promote our product? How about the Premium package?
If not, could you suggest some marketing channels or services that you think are the best (ordered by ROI)?

Thanks.

Well it's not the best to promote a product. You're going to hope some news feeds pick it up and it spreads a bit.
Unless you have something interesting it probably won't spread too far.
I will probably end up doing it with mine in the near future.
With a catchy title you may get some interest.

If you go with it, Google "PRweb discount" or prweb coupon.
PRWeb kinda have resellers that lets people sell for a lot cheaper price than what they charge for. Reseller pays a fee and gets discount submissions. So you should be able to find it for a lot less than what you see.

Did you even bother to google PRWeb? If so, you'd already know the answer.

Here's the first few hits about PRWeb:

Personally if I see anything originating on PRWeb, I know they have been paid to publish it, which makes me wonder how bad that product is that they have to pay someone for fake news coverage.

The thing is, almost every company will do some type of press release. Big companies will get picked up by dozens if not hundreds of media outlets and it's going to look like spam. And they're going to get a lot of good coverage out of it.
