I think this should be determine by draft, at a said date. with captains picking players, and it should be something like team tactical where the play mode is random, and rizzoF5 will pick last, because we know how good he is. Just a thought. I'd love to go up against him, and see why he does so well in tdm. O and i'm def game for something like this.

GENERAL INFORMATION
What?
A RFD friendly tournament. Winning team gets a $20 PSN card courtesy of Areksoo.
When?
TBD. Sometime in January when everybody's done their exams/xmas stuff.
Where?
The tourney will be hosted here on this thread. All standings and results will be posted.
Format
Teams in the same pool will be playing against each other in a round-robin format. At the end of round robin, each team will have played 9 games. Standings are decided by their W-L-T record. Top 2 teams in each pool advance to the playoffs.
Game Modes
Each game will consist of 3-matches:
TDM, Domination, Demolitions
Maps to be decided and will be posted here.
All settings on default.
This is not a best of 3 series. All the games will be played. The best possible record is 9-0-0. 2 points for a win. 1 point for a tie.
Teams decide if they want top or bottom in each game. If a mutual decision cannot be made, the team with the worse record will have priority. If the records are tied, the team with the lower draft pick will get priority.
Playoffs are reversed though - the higher ranking team gets to decide which side they're on. For the championship, the team with the best overall record will get to decide. If both teams in the finals have a 12-0-0 record, then the team with a bigger score differential in the playoffs TDM will get to choose.
Rules
Only two:
1. No cheating/hacking
2. No trash talking (This isn't pubs. Nobody likes people who needs excuses for their loss)
As far as what's allowed - anything goes. As long as it's in the game, you can use it.

Rizzo should be his own team. I'm definitely in but I may be unable to play on weekend nights for now (with Friday exception)

We need to do objective matches so teams don't take the lead and then camp all game like all those lame TDM game battles and other clan matches. It would also help even things out since teamwork, strategy and communication usually beat out skill.

In terms of game modes, let's actually make a game into a 3-game series so we get a variety. One is TDM, one is domination, and last game is ... ? What do you guys prefer

We do need 8 captains, rizzo i guess you decide who's captains once we get a list and we should put a deadline on getting the players in so its rdy to go, the round robin should be done in 1 - 2 days and the playoffs get done in a single day. Draft order is random. Once it is decided, teams who are drafted 1, 4, 5, 8 are in Pool A. 2, 3, 6, 7 are in Pool B._______________
