^ yeah that's the whole point. Plus with draft, it will make teams more or less the same skill level.
1st team who picks will get the best player, but will have to settle for two average players, whereas the 8th pick will get two good players, and the worst player (no offense to whoever is going to get the Phil Kessel award)
See if anyone else on our COD Elite Clan who would like to join as well
