Neogaf user Liabe Brave compiled this information from Digital Foundry's analysis and other people that posted their own testing results:

It is accurate as of December 12th.
Games get patch updates all the time so this list is constantly changing.

A list of all released games with PS4 Pro enhancements source:
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1324251

^ Improvements across the board with a few exceptions like World of Final Fantasy which has an increased depth of field blurring bug running on a PS4 Pro.

Really wanted to get a PS4 Pro.

But cant justify paying 500+tax for a console that comes with no games

The NieR Automata demo is out on PSN. It is a serious contender for 2017 Game of the Year discussions.
It probably has Platinum Games' A-team working on it.

The Gravity Rush 2 demo is also available and is pretty good but Nier Automata is stealing the spotlight.

Standard PS4: 900p / 60 Frames per second target, much more aliasing (jagged lines on edges)
PS4 Pro: 1080p / 60 frames per second target, additional effects

Digital Foundry's analysis of the NieR Automata demo:

Me too. Hopefully there will be some decent deals in 2017. I decided not to buying a PS4 during the holidays as I think the Pro will last longer.

For the Gravity Rush 2 demo I noticed that on a standard PS4, the draw distances are shorter and there is more pop-in or draw-in,
whereas that does not occur on the Pro to the same extent.

I don't have the video analysis tools like Digital Foundry has but I think the framerate is the same on both (locked stable 30 FPS).

NieR Automata demo comparison screenshots I did:

PS4 Pro - (1080p native resolution /60 frames per second, motion blur on character, I prefer motion blur off personally):

Image

PS4 standard version - (900p native resolution /60 frames per second/ a lot more aliasing) :

Digital Foundry analyses the new Mafia III 1.05 patch:

PS4 Pro changes over running it on a base PS4:

- 1440p (1440p can also be downsampled to 1080p when using it on a 1080p display, hence improving image quality over normal 1080p)
- Improved shadow quality
- Improved motion blur effect
- some framerate drops below the base PS4 after patch 1.05 but the Pro version does not have the screen tearing issues that the PS4 base version has.
- Framerate can drop as low as 26 FPS when using a shotgun. Holds up at 30 FPS most of the time.

PS4 changes:
- Frame pacing issues have been fixed over previous versions.
- However, screen tearing on the standard PS4 has been added due to using a new adaptive v-sync technique.
- The minimum recorded Frames Per Second was 27 during Digital Foundry's test, which is an improvement over the previous patches.

The PS4 Pro patch of Assassin's Creed Syndicate has been improved over the buggy first release patch but still could be better:

PS4 standard - 900p native resolution
PS4 Pro - 1440p native resolution, downsamples to 1080p for 1080p display users for improved image quality (except for shadows which are buggy in the latest patch):

Digital Foundry covers the Diablo III PS4 Pro patch update:

- even for 1080p display users, the game is supersampled down from 4K (dynamic) to 1080p for improved image quality when running it on a PS4 Pro.

- PS4 Pro has ambient occlusion and enhanced lighting over the PS4 standard

just bought a Ps4 Pro (mostly bc my Ps4 is in storage and i cant reach it) but Tomb Raider has been crashing 2-3 times per session. Not sure whats going on there, if tis the game having issues overall, or if it cant cope with the new PS4 specs trying to stretch things or load things out of sync, etc Probably just a buggy game.

You should probably try un-installing and re-installing it.
The newest patch is 1.06.

The modes can be toggled in the game's option menu anytime.
I have not had any crashes with Rise of the Tomb Raider. The only game I had crash on any PS4 model is Mafia III.

Nixxes makes a lot of tweaks with every patch.
