If it's a PSP, then they'll try to fix it.. and if it can't be fixed (or it doesn't make sense to fix), then you'll get a replacement. That is the policy, which (usually - unless you speak to a manager) you probably won't be exempted from.
Oh, and the people in the store aren't the ones who determine if it is fixable or not - so it's no point in arguing with them on that point.

they will probably end up sending it to the depo, so not much u can do aboout it, but if ur item is a clearance, there might be a chance they give u sth else after
