PSP: How to upgrade to latest custom firmware from 3.52 M33?

Does anyone have a guide as to how I can upgrade to the latest custom firmware? I'm currently running 3.52 M33. Can I just upgrade or do I have to do that downgrade nonsense again? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can directly upgrade

I just did it the other night....staying at 3.71M33-4 for now though.....I heard a lot of people are downgrading back from 3.80/3.90 M33
