Can someone please let me know if there are any particularly high value phone plans currently being offered from Public Mobile: particularly with 3/4 gigs, around or less than $40/month.

Are there better options elsewhere I should look at, at this given moment.

Yes, it has not been posted on the community forum yet. I will update the post with the link once available.

hasn't this referral bonus always been available? (not just a limited time promo)

Yes, I see that now. Thanks. I don't have an account myself (did before took Koodo 6gb $40 offer), but I manage a relative's account. I want to use that account to refer my one son so I can switch him from Speakout, and then use his account to refer the other son and switch him from Speakout also. I wonder how many days I need to get all this done? I should give myself at least 4, but I want to use up as much Speakout $$ as possible.

Too bad there is no free sim offer somewhere. Kinda kills the deal.

The usual referral is $10 for the referee and only $1/mo for the referrer. This promo adds $10 for the referrer.

You can buy sims for $8 on ebay, or $10 in store. Coupled with these promotions they're a great deal

If the transfer go through smoothly, it just takes about 30 mins :)

Maybe wait till the weekend to see if there is a better offer or a stackable one.

I switched my brother then his son in 1 hr after buying 2 sims from Walmart. So if everything goes well, it can be done easily.

Public Service Announcement:
PM does not have a call center. Supports are provided by PM Community Forum. Moderator wait time is 2 - 3 days. Therefore, you may be out of phone service 2 or more days. With this in mind, if you are running a business or your job depending on a working phone. PM is not for you. Do your research. Ask questions before activation. Don't complain after activation because of the 2 - 3 days wait time for the moderator.

BTW, PM is prepaid service provider. There is no refund if you change your mind 1 days after activation.

Don't get me wrong. I like PM plans. I just want everyone to do their research to determine yourself whether PM is for you or not.
Ask if you have question.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Koodo $25 plan, Public Mobile $37 5GB, $13 250MB, $7 50min/50text,
Zoomer loyalty family plan for 3 lines $95/6GB, $0 FPL home phone
