Pyramid sorta scheme? Anybody know?

Hi my friend is in some sort of group that sells items such as OPC, omega 3 to name a few. He said he knows a good friend that has done nothing and has reaped benefits. He is apart of a group/team and he has 2 people under him.. Anybody know if this is legit, scam, or just a waste of time. If he does get OPC i might get some..

You didn't give much info to go by, but based on the little you did give it seems like a pyramid.

1. People under you.
2. Do nothing
3. Get money
