You are correct.

Wine = LCBO
Beer = Costco, King of Beers, or Super C
Liquor = SAQ

Watch out for some of the cheaper stuff at SAQ though. One time I bought some tequila for $7/L and man, that was some nasty stuff. Not worth the $7....
