Question
My father is disbaled and he recieves disability support so I was wondering I have a little sum of money collected for a down payment but my job does not pay very well. If I were to buy a house would I be able to use him as an income and join my incovme towards paying off a mortgage or the loan? I'm just wondering.

Ofcourse.
Or do you mean, you want to take advantage of him b/c he is disabled and use his income towards the mortgage payment. In this situation, the answer is still yes but, I would seriously question your judgement.
Next time, try adding some more detail to the title of the thread. A strange first post. Welcome to Rfd!

Usually if the bank won't loan you the money for the house, there's a good reason behind it. So if you're the only one who will be making mortgage payments, I'd take a serious look as to whether you can actually afford it.
A good start would be to talk to people who live similar lifestyles to you, while owning a home.
