Question about Canada Post

Does anybody knows what this means or what is going on with the item in the below print screen from the Canada Post website?

What do you need to know exactly? The item was sent for processing to evaluate any custom/tax charges and then processing was completed.

You might be charged, you might not but the big clue really is the value of the item.

There is no way to know until they 'attempt' to deliver it.

Saying all of that, I have had that 'presented to Customs' message before and haven't been charged.
