Question about this item at FS

My question is that it says it's compatible with satellite radio. What exactly does that mean? I currently have Sirius satellite radio, but would like something that's in Dash as the wires make it look messy.

Does anyone know what it will take to make this item work with my satellite radio? Will there still be visible wires like there is now, or will everything be run behind the dash?

I think that it works like with an ipod. You still have to run the cable/wire to the unit, and have your Satellite receiver in your glove box or console, but the unit has all the buttons for the satellite to work.

Thanks. With that in mind, I'm definitely going to pass on this item. It's really nothing that I don't have now in my stock unit, other than it's touch screen. Seems like a waste of money to me.
