Question about micro SD card model numbers and compatibilty

I bought a Sony digital voice recorder a month ago but couldn't it to recognize the micro SD card. The device was supposed to support up to 32GB micro SD cards. After going back and forth with Sony support, now they tell me to check compatibility of the micro SD cards that I am using. They gave me this link https://docs.sony.com/release/sd_vr_compatibility.pdf

but I have no idea what all those numbers mean. When I asked them they gave me a bunch of "model numbers"

SR-16A4
SR-16C4
SR-16UX
SR-16UXA
SR-16UY
SR-16UYA
SR-2A1
SR-2C1

and said these should work with the recorder. When I asked if the recorder supported non Sony microSD card but they just told me to check the model number on my card. Of course, my Sandisk card doesn't have any of those SR numbers on. We have been going in circles for a month and I am getting pretty frustrated.

The digital voice recorder I have is ICD-PX333D and here's the link to the product: http://store.sony.com/digital-voice-rec ... -Recorders
