Question about PM'ing

Let's say I'm looking to PM an item at Staples. The other stores regular price is $149.99 and it's sale price is $99.99 however the $99.99 is contingent on one $25 MIR and one $25 instant rebate. Will staples price match to $99.99 or not include the MIR and only PM to $125.99...or not include either rebate which would result in no PM. (lets assume the manager isn't a dink)

you probably won't get pm'd for the mir because you could mail in your rebate at either store. so you would only qualify for 124.00 pm. otherwise, you'd get your purchase for 99 - 25 = 74 bucks.
