A question about Rogers Cable and Condo agreements

I just moved into my condo and i was told that I could get up to 3 standard cable boxes for my unit included in the agreement between Rogers and the Condo. What I want is HD boxes. Can anyone tell me how I might go about getting customer service to give (not necessarily "give" as in free) me 2 HD boxes through this agreement. I called today and asked, but the rep told me that they could not substitute. Just curious from the Rogers people on the forum if this is the truth, or if there is some leeway with these types of agreements. I understand that there is a difference between the contract the condo signs and an individual customer, but does that take away my ability to negotiate with customer service?
