No parking zones are enforced during holidays, I believe unless it is listed otherwise on the sign.

I mean legally, does the city have rules about this type of parking zone during holiday?

For this sign, it means parking is legally allowed during Sat and Sun, since they are both holiday for most people, i would assume a public holiday would also fit in this.

But I am asking legally am I allowed to?

Again, all no parking signs are enforceable during holidays unless it is stated otherwise. Your sign says Monday - Friday, of which tomorrow is Monday. Whether you get a ticket or not is unknown.

NOTE: Online, the City of Toronto website says that all by-laws apply except for those that limit rush hour parking. Your sign does not limit rush hour parking. So I assume your sign will apply for tomorrow.
