Question for anyone here who has tried the smoked turkey from Adamsons BBQ

Does anyone have an idea how they make it? I want to start to smoke my own turkey breast because of them.

Adamsons is pretty active on Instagram, you could try sending them a note and asking. Looking at their photos, I think this method will get you pretty close:

I smoke turkey all the time.
Brine is the key. 1 cup salt. 1 cup brown sugar. Bunch of rosemary and peppercorn. |Heat with a couple litres of water to dissolve.
Let cool and toss is another couple litres of cold water and some ice into a food safe bucket (or a cooler) and let sit for about 24 hours.
I prefer apple wood for turkey but sometimes use a mix of pecan and apple. Indirect at 250/275 until internal temp of about 170 at the thickest part.
Do not stuff. I do toss the neck into the cavity for a while then toss beside. The best part of the turkey IMO.
