Question on cheques from TD bank.....
a) It seems that the branch # on the cheque is different from my account (there is an extra "2" on the cheque). I am trying to add the bank account on paypal, so wonder which branch number i should use
b) why the hell the account number is sooooo long? 11 digits!!!!!!!

generally on a cheque
001 XXXXX -- 00X --XXXXXXX 001
cheque number (i used example 001) 5 digit transit/branch number 3 digit institute number generally starting with 00 sometimes can be 010 and your account number which you should know, sometimes 7 digits or 9 but generally you would know this, and then at the end, the cheque number again (again i used example 001)
but the one on cheque is xxxx2, while account number is zzzz-yyyyyyy
The branch number is xxxx, and the account number is yyyyyyy.
The zzzz is a transit number that is used internally.
