Question on heating costs in a condo

Hi guys,

First time renter here - I'm renting a +400 square feet condo with floor to ceiling windows that cover pretty much half of my unit. Hydro costs of course are covered by me, while heating is covered by the landlord. This is a newer condo, built in 2010.

I assumed that since heating costs are covered by the landlord, I won't have to worry about the poor insulation that floor to ceiling glass provides - is this true? Or am I only paying for the heat pump rental costs and not for the energy required to heat up my unit?

What type of energy does the heat pump use? Is the heat pump the only heat source in the condo?

Sadly the only information I have regarding heat is that it's "Forced Air/Gas"
