Question, I7 2700k $237.24 after all [sold out]

Hi I found i7 2700k

http://www.amazon.ca/Selected-i7-2700K- ... 084&sr=1-4
Shipping Weight: 454 g
Manufacturer reference: BX80623i72700K (same to which amazon sell)
ASIN: B008UVSHXI (different to amazon, is this matter?)
Date first available at Amazon.ca: Sep 22 2012

for only $173 but with huge handing and shipping fee which are total 64.25 and No HST (I do not know why cause my address is in ON). It is selling by Urban Inspirations under Amazon.ca.
This price is not bad. Has anyone bought any item from this company. Question is, should I trust it?

I have talked with amazon.ca representative. He said the shipping and handing fee are not reasonable, but amazon can not control it. However, he recommend me to fill out a violation form to amazon about the fee. I did, and now am waiting the reply. Hope Amazon can help me investigate this incorp's inappropriate behave.

Since the seller is in US, I hope I don't have to pay extra like brokerage fees when it arrives here.

Here is the seller's shipping policy, they will pay all duty and taxes, that could be why they charge such a high shipping fee.

"Urban Inspirations ships items from our US location as well as the Canadian location depending on the item ordered. We choose the shipping method and location to best delivery your goods.

Please note that as many items do ship from the US, it can take upto 10 business days for them to be received upon shipment.

Please note that we pay all duty and taxes on the items that you order. However, some delivery methods do not allow us to pay the duty and taxes upfront and the recipient may be charged. In that case, we will gladly refund any charges applied to you over the cost of your original purchase with a confirmation of payment."

I've tracked the price of this cpu and the 2600k since September. This is the lowest price aside from Microcenter, which is unrealistic for most of us anyways. I say good deal if you got this.
