New they are only about $100, so i'd say around $75 would be reasonable.

hello i have 2x 250 Gigs Western Digital Caviar "SATA" Model:WD2500KS how much should i sell? there hard drives are in warrenty until 2007

Yeah, I just put my hands over my ears, and dont even want to hear how much my 6.4, 8, 20, 40, 45, 80, 120 GB drives are worth nowadays/

I agree that they're worth around $75.
I have two of these in my machine as well. They're actually not bad at all.
Sure there's the newer Seagate 7200.10 line with its fancy NCQ, and there's always the Raptors, but these drives provide surprising bang for your buck.
The WD2500KS is actually a SATA2 drive (backwards compatible with SATA1) and has a 16MB Cache. WD drives typically run cooler than Seagate ones, too._______________
