Questions for the Insurance gurus please

Last week while stopped at a stop sign in an intersection a bus (Yellow School Bus no passengers ) approached the intersection from the right, tried to turn left and , while trying to beat the oncoming traffic.. didn't see me sitting there .. he cut the corner too sharp and plowed into the front of my car ... a 2008 which I have only owned for 45 days. I had three passengers on board ,all heard the driver say he didn't see me there. The safety rep for the Bus company came to my house later that day ,brought the documents for the bus and drivers information, said they would take care of things , told me to go rent a car. and told me the bus driver had been suspended. I call my insurance company a day later to let them know this had happened but tell them not to do anything until I here back from the bus company. ... Well three days go by , the contacts I was given for the bus company Safety rep and safety director are not returning my calls.This bus company is one of ,if not the largest bus company in Alberta. What should my next move be ? Thanks in advance for all opinions and help.

Thanks ..claim went in with my insurance and same day the adjuster from the bus company calls .. never rains , it pours right? ..
