To quit a job

Discuss what make you quit your last job....did you leave politely or there are some verbal arguments?

Did you give 2 weeks notice? Is a resign letter necessary consider it is a full time perman. job.

What if I have 2 weeks vacation this year and didnt take it yet...are they still going to pay the money instead to have 2 weeks holidays?

2 weeks notice is a formality, but it's courtesy to give a 2 weeks notice. HR will need something in writing to start the process.
If you have not taken any vacation days this year, they'll pay it out. Keep in mind this will be prorated, as in you will probably be paid 4 days out of the 10 that you are allocated for (since you have not worked the whole year this year just yet). Check your employee handbook on how it's calculated.
