If a store don't want to take your money, then they're idoits
the point of these "deals" are so they could get a higher volume but at a lower margin
the use of chinese signs at chinese malls are usually simply because the store managers don't have the ability to write an english sign, i'm sure that if you ask them about it, they'll try and tell you.
