Random pop up ads on rfd app

I sometimes get this random pop up when randomly scrolling thru the app.

The pop up ad would appear from my browser. See pic of one those ads. Maybe it could just be my phone.

Main app or Forums app? If you can, please try grabbing the URL of the page that it appeared on and of the ad itself.

I haven’t seen any other reports of this to date.

I got the same problems too. The ads will pop.up once you opened the RFD app. Kind annoying.

The forums section in the main app just uses a web view. What's your phones default web browser? Do you also experience the pop up while browsing the forums in your web browser?

i set my phone to use Kiwi browser as it has its own ad-blocking feature. I haven't tried browsing the forums on Kiwi. all rfd browsing is done on the main app. As for PC, no pop ups but prob because i have ublock.

Anytime I am on the site using only IE, I eventually get the "your computer has a virus" pop up., and the have to go to Task manager to close it PC is clean, and its only with IE. Not Chrome.

Sounds unrelated to this topic. Could be spyware since it's targeting our site in a specific browser.

Well its not spyware on my system, and its only when RFD is open in an IE tab
