Raptors rated worst team in the L

As per Steve Kerr on Yahoo sports -

30. Toronto Raptors (7-16) – The Raptors have lost nine of 10, including seven straight, and Vince Carter is on the shelf again. Will anyone want to trade for him now? Perhaps general manager Rob Babcock waited too long to move his pouting, oft-injured star.

Thats sad, Raptors are RIGHT THERE in these games, they just can't finish it off. Sad to see them free fall after such a nice start this season.

I think it is a rather harsh assessment, i mean are the raps worse than the bobcats? hornets? hawks? i would think not. i prefer espn for a more 'fair' assessment, altho i think alot of teams get high rankings based on reputation versus actual results. like detroit being number 8, they are 10-10, haven't really looked good at all, in my opinion. but ya, here's the one i think is more 'fair'. take all rnakings with a grain of salt.
