Are these speakers worth $400? I admit I'm a computer speaker junkie, and I hear these are really good.
My current speakers are:
Altec Lansing mx5021 (gaming)
Altec Lansing fx6021 (desktop, music)
Altec Lansing ATP3 (mac)
Logitech Z-2200 (2) (desktops)
Logitech Z-2300 (mac)
Logitech Z-5500 (living room)
Logitech Z-680 (projector)
Klipsch Promedia Ultra 5.1 (bedroom for movies)
I'm thinking of using the Razor's exclusively for Xbox 360/PS3/Wii. I find the logitech's too boomy and muddy. The klipsch are great for movies, but leaves much to be desired in gaming. I currently use the mx5021 as gaming speakers, but they do produce a lot of hiss.. so I'm thinking of getting the Mako's.

Not sure, as i am sort of in the same situation.
I really want to try the Audioengine A5, but they are also around $400.
