I should have read the requirements more carefully, not on a phone, and not at 4:00 in the morning. If you already own a rbc crefit card you don't get the bonus 10000 points or the annual fee waived for spending $1000 in the first three months. Although you do get the 15000 welcome points, I will be calling to cancel today.

Anyone know when I can reapply. I recently cancelled about a month ago.
I think the recommended minimum is 3months, but on the recent BF offer I signed up again after only waiting 80days. I got the 25k pnts after meeting the min and statement posting.

I signed up on black Friday when they offered fyf and 30k with $1000 spend. I didn't even activate it and got a bill for $120. Not impressed already

I think the exclusion would be for RBC cards named in T&C ... does anyone know if the exclusion is also for a RBC Credit card not listed in T&C.

Uhh that's a pretty aggressive churn man. 2 weeks apart? Neutral Face

As long as you would typically meet the spend in the timeframe of both I'm not sure why this is particularly aggressive. Two different banks. This is standard operating procedure for a lot of churners.

Where does it say that? I am not seeing that in the fine print?

If I cancel the credit card before the FYF expires, do I get to keep all the avion point I got from the credit card?

RBC does not verify income for credit card applications.

not to hijack this thread but I'm looking for a good daily credit card now, would this be worth keeping after the fyf?

Thanks!

I did this promo 6 months ago. I spent all the points during the black Friday 30% off gift card promo. My gift cards were worth $325...not bad for "free" !
