This is great. In addition to the credit score, it also gives access to the credit report.

How frequently is the credit information updated?

Updates every month on the same day as the last update.
Example: got my first one today, and says can be updated July 16

Not that I actually care what my credit score is...just curious.

I believe It's soft hit so the answer is no, just like you every time you generate a report from Equifax account

Tried the RBC service today.

Score through RBC was 820, which is 90 points higher than my score through CreditKarma (730).
