Rcss: Digital Camera Clearance (CANON A700 $69.44)

I went to oshawa store,and saw they had Sony DCR-DVD92,asked co-worker scan the price for me,no price showed up.
so forget about it.
if anybody live that area,I suggest you should be try your lucky.

I managed to get this for 149.44.

It didn't ring up in the till so I asked them to call another store for the price. So they did. The supervisor entered it into the system and I made my purchase!

I got a demo Canon A700 for $69.44 + tax from RCSS. I want a smaller camera. I'm looking for someone with a Canon SD600/630 (or other SD series cameras) who is not happy about it and would like to trade for my A700. I'm willing to pay a reasonable difference for it. Thank you.

No kidding, the SD series has always been smaller / look sleek than equivalent A series models. All of them at www.powershot.com

Sorry! I'm taking my request off the board now. I don't think I would want to break my arms and legs to do the trade. I think I'm better off with A700.

Are these deals still on? I went to a superstore tonight and I saw some Hp camera and also a MiniDV Sony video camera and the guy refused to scan the items. he said they weren't on sale anymore...

I went to two Superstores yesterday (Weston/401 and Dufferin/Steeles)...

They have lots of cameras in stock, but they are REGULAR prices...

The Weston/401 store still have
- Canon Selphy CP510 Printers ($39.99)
- Creative SBS Vivid 60 speakers blue/pink ($8.44)
- Camera bags

I did not buy anything because most of the good deals were gone! I WANT A CAMERA!

Those Loblaws (Weston company) folks sure know how to have a sale. They put other sales to shame. None of this Sears and the Bay BS, i.e. 30-50% off every other week. When they say sale, they mean it.

the demo model of Selphy printer i saw was tagged at $39.44

and the Creative spkers were also $8.44

these are not reg. prices; they're clearance prices.
