I don't know...stranger things have happened. I hope it is a hoax...that is sick. I can't imagine they treated the dog that well if they were going to eat it. I live in Nepean...if I didn't have a newborn I would probably go grab that poor thing.

It could be true. An asian friend of mine told me that peeps eat squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, cats, and yes even dogs!

Well there are other factors:
- If they were going to eat it, why raise it instead of just buying one, or were they trying to save costs? If saving costs I would think a dog that age would be enough "meat" and still young and tender lol
- Why raise something for consumption when someone is going to move to Canada in less than two years?
- Would have known dogs aren't supposed to be eaten here, if their English is so good

Of course people eat dogs and any animal... Especially the chinese people eat anything and everything......they'll kill a shark just to eat fin soup.
