LOL there's a regulatory body somewhere that certifies dirt (compost)?

asides from that, decent deal. Never used this brand before so idk if its any good or if it has twigs weeds etc.

I've loaded up and basically gone through half of my home depot 25 bag mini-horde.

Is this good to mix with the Scott's fertilizers from the HD thread and spread on your lawn?

I could be wrong but I have never seen this brand before at RCSS. The Pc brand is expensive at $2.49 each

To accommodate our aging population, they have reduced the size of the bags, but kept the sale price the same. The bags used to be 25 l and 30 l for under a buck.

I just bought a 20kg bag of worm castings from Home Hardware (on sale this week for $9.99) but I believe most of the weight is water. If sold dry, it would've weighed about 5 kg. My red wrigglers were forgotten outside last winter and perished.

I wouldn't use this to top-dress... should use a finer mixture with sand in it. I'd use this to maybe repair patches and pick the sticks out.

If you're buying that many and have access to a trailer - why not just buy bulk? 50 bags is like 1.3 yards and you can get screened top soil for $20/yard or even triple mix for $30/yard

I would love to... But my trailer is limited to 1200lb. Bulk yard range between 1700lb in the summer and 2000lb in the spring because of water... These 50 bags were 1000lb.

This is still cheaper and less messy than delivery.

What's the reason for finer mixture with sand in it? Do you have recommendations?

Buy compost locally you can get it for free or 35 dollars a ton in other regions it might cheaper/more expensive
