[Real Canadian Superstore] YMMV 1000 lumens Energizer flashlight + 60 lumens headlight $9.94 @Seton RCSS

Energizer flashlight (1000 lumens) + headlight (60 lumens) on clearance. This might be on clearance at Seton RCSS only.
The headlight at 60 lumens seems pretty weak, but I guess it depends on how and what you use it for.

$15 in RCSS west. Was hotter when they had 10,000 PC Points with it.

Is this flashlight really going to be 1000 lumens?
Very strong at super low price if so.

Do you actually want to see or do you want to look like a poser with a phone on a hike? LED flashlights put out tons more light than your phone ever could and they even have replaceble batteries. THAT is courage.

Probably not, but depends on how many batteries it runs on and what type of LEDs. Top rated lights that run on 2xAA hit around 500-600 lumens.

So unless they are running more batteries and possibly multiple LEDs to bolster the lumen rating, and even then it may not seem as bright as a true 1000 lumen light.

But hey at this price I don't think you can go wrong.

Actually you can. You can easily get much more compact LED flashlights from Amazon for like $5 each that spit out 500 lumens and can use multiple kinds of batteries.

1600 lumens, 2 flashlights for $16.20, 1 day shipping or wait for a lightning deal. It can use Lithium batteries or AAA batteries. I trust the lumen rating on this flashlight as much as I trust the Energizer. At least it can use Lithium and maintain max brightness for the whole time it is on unlike the Energizer that will become dimmer and dimmer due to the akaleaks it uses.

The Amazon ones are also a fraction of the weight of the Energizer flashlight, infinitely more usable and can zoom the beam of light.
