rear door dented and scratched-need help

One of my car's rear door was slammed when i was carelessly driving in the parkade. Now a big dent and lots of scratches. bodyshop estimate 2000 bucks for repair and they say the rear door needs to be replaced?

can i find a used one from junk yard for cheap and have it installed to save?
how much will be the installation labour cost?

i found one online for only 180 USD with the same color, but it is in US and shipping can be as high as 200 USD to Vancouver, where i live.

i am wondering how to find junk yards in Vancouver area? i know i can find them through yellow book. but is there an online search service that help me to search every junk yard in Vancouver? thx a lot.
