Rebate
Sent in a rebate for a d-link router, checked the status of the rebate, and got a message that said they were unable to process because the store did not qualify. I got the rebate form directly from a sales guy at london drugs. Can I do anything about this or am i SOL? If anyone knows please let me know.

Contact D-Link via email and complain. Symantec always denies my rebates for Norton AV even though everything is legit. I must email then and complain before they approve it. Sometimes this is a way out of giving you the rebate. Also, did you keep photocopies of the UPC and documentation that you submitted? If you did, you can send that in as proof, if they question anything.

i hope you had copies!!
complain directly with LONDON DRUGS ..insisting that you were denyed for those reasons..get the name of the manager and log the info for reference.
you should basically be expecting the manager to refund the rebate value for their false advertising.
inquire at some point how many others have been denied.
goodluck n' let us know how it works out!_______________
