Question Regarding Ordering From Entertainment.com
Hi there,
Just wondering if any of you who ordered it online from Entertainment.com were charged duty or anything as I couldn't clearly see if it is coming from the US or Canada.

I will call the office tomorrow in Vancouver and ask them for some info. I didnt have a chance to do it last week. The US company says the book is shipped from the USA. Reply With Quote

my online order was shipped from london, ontario
took 4 business days for me to get it in toronto
i paid only the quoted price of 17 usd (after 10 dollar discounts)...no duty/tax/extra amount was charged to my credit card
list of toronto restaurants that were in the book but have closed down since
