You're right - it's hugely heavy on brand loyalty and the 'superiority' of their products. As an aid for training, I found it generally useless; I'd think most parents already had many of the tip/tidbits it talks about. Frankly, I expected something that could educate little ones who'd watch it, but that's not the target audience, except for some really poor songlets buried deep in the menus. Good price (!) overall, but of little value I found. Any potty training book will do more to educate your little one.
