Recent Grads & Students employment situation & experiences

Hi, just curious what everyone is doing to look for employment? If they tried looking for something within their area of study to gain experience? depending on the field how tough it is. And how early and proactive each of you start this process and with all the things that happen around the school year? I know timing is never going to be perfect.

can anyone help shed some light/experience?

best is to get experience throughout your schooling years (ie. coops or internships), almost nothing beat graduating with close to (or more than) 2 years of real world, relevant experience.

Students usually start looking into full time employment starting their last year of school, especially starting the last term of school.
