( My real estate agent referred me to a sleazy guy who works FOR HIM .... lol)

Do you prefer any specific bank? Riz1 & have been working with specialists @ TD, BMO & RBC that have provided low rates. And no, we don't get any kickbacks from them, that's why we keep expanding our contacts and not have a sole exclusive person.
