Recommend Japanese Language Classes in Toronto

I'm interested in taking Japanese language classes in Toronto, but I need some recommendations.

I did a bit of research, and found: But I do not know how good any of these programs are.

For TJLS their year runs from September to June, and they have 8 courses. I don't know or think that its one course per year, or its the entire thing in a year. Uncertain.

Aitas: 9 courses, each 2 months long. I don't know how often these courses are available...can I take level 1 in the first 2 months, then level 2 right after? Unsure. This one might be the best option if I want to take as many courses as possible in a year.

Seneca: 7 courses, 1 course every 4 months. I'm not sure how good college/university language programs are. This one might also be a good option for me.

I thought about learning on my own, but I think taking an actual class will be more beneficial.

Edit: adult-level classes, already graduated from university

I am also interested to learn Japanese language. You have mentioned about some class scheduling. I found this helpful for me.
