Recommend me a cell phone
So, it's time to upgarde my cell. I need something with a camera and good reception for around $150-200. Right now I'm looking at Nokias 6230 and 6620. What do you guys think?

6230 or v635 are great phones
moto phones have slow menus
your mobile device should not lag, thats why i like my 6230.
after my v66/v60/v300 broke, my gfs v400 broke, my friends v551 broke, i've pretty much swore off motos until the v635 (which can rape the regular razr any day). im a nokia guy myself ever since i got my first 5190.

I'm not a fan of flip phones (too lazy to flip). I like my Motorola ROKR, plays Mp3's and easy to hold (although the Motorola user interface isn't that great).

I find it cute when someone needs a camera phone. I can't stand the low rez of my T610, I'd never use the camera on it and consider it a legitimate picture.
When phones catch up to quality of digital cameras at a reasonable price, then I'd probably pick one up. For now, all camera phones with under 3mpixel can stay on the shelf._______________

Try the Motorola L7. I'm not a Nokia fan, so I'd recommend Motorolas. My V551 has been perfectly solid. I've had it a year so far. I've flashed and flexed it, and unlocked it.
It is true that the menus "react" slower than on Nokias, but just don't touch Sony Ericsson phones. I find their designs to be the most ugly.
I'd pick up a Nokia over an SE any day._______________

i've had 2 Nokia's, a Sony Ericsson and the Motorola i'm using now.
the 2 Nokia's started to break down on me after 2 years. The first one, the screen would just be black. So you couldn't see who was calling, or see the numbers or the menu.
My 2nd Nokia, the 8390, after a year of useage, it starting vibrating on its own. Soon after, it would vibrate everytime you press a key, so if you are entering a phone number, every number you hit = a vibrate. You're scrolling down looking for a number, every time you press down, it vibrates, etc. It was really annoying and i didn't know what was wrong with it. And they weren't short either, it was like "zzzzzzz"
The other 2 phones i've had haven't given me any problems, it is true however that the Motorola does sometimes take longer to react to commands, but it's gotta be my favourite thus far._______________

you can get a k700i for about 200 bucks unlocked nowadays, it's aging ... but far better than the crap you get from fido, rogers, and bell.
