check out the entertainment forum - there was a thread like this a while back. There are also "top 3 favourite shows" threads on there somewhere - should give you an idea.

Not sure what type of show you enjoy.
If you enjoy plastic surgery drama show, I recommend Nip Tuck.
Great over the top drama but some how people can relate to.
