I saw a small white vertical box HTPC somewhere and it had XBMC on it. Does anyone know where I can pick that up please?
I believe the name starts with an X, and canada computer might have it, but its not on their site
I need this box to plug into my TV and for accessing the internet with a small wireless keyboard

There's a list of them here

Or it might be easier to just get a Nettop with Windows already on it (like an Acer Revo). Then install XBMC yourself
XBMC is very easy to install, just download it from the XBMC site and run it.

If you want something that can power on/off from a s5 state, take a look at building one with an asrock a75m-itx.
