Recommend someone to cut, frame, and install a 6'+ mirror for my stairwell

My brother in law took down the bathroom mirror, framed it himself, voila! I thought it was genius, as those builder mirrors look plain in a bathroom anyways.

They no longer do frames as of May of this year when they moved to Brampton. I wish could find a place. my mirror is 40" by 60"
