1 Grand Prize: a 1 week trip for 2 at 5* Sivory Punta Cana; prize includes return air to Punta Cana, hotel stay based on double occupancy, European plan (not sure what this is). Travel must be completed by NOV. 30, 2012

Prize winner is responsible for all transportation not included in the prize, security and departure taxes, fuel surcharge and related fees. These are payable at time of booking.

Participants must complete the full survey booking form to be valid for entry.

The prize will be drawn and winners notified by July 31st, 2012.

Prize winner must be of age of majority in his/her province of residence. If under 21, he/she must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 years of age or older.
