Reduced Xbox 360 Price at Sears (Eaton Centre), $140, $240 & $290

I was passing by Sears at Eaton Centre yesterday and noticed that there are lots of Xbox units in the electronic area. I came closer and this is what I found on clearance:

XBOX 360 4GB Console - $140 (Regular $199.99)
XBOX 360 250GB Console - $240 (Regular $299.99)
XBOX 360 4GB Kinect Bundle - $290 (Regular $299.99)

Not sure if this is a good deal, since I never consider getting an xbox before.

Boxing Week had the 250 GB console bundle for $150 (50%) at Sears. There was a more recent deal that was better than $240...not sure where.

4 GB console was down to $129 early this year and during Boxing Week (they may have been down to $99 too). So the $140 deal is decent, but not great....an okay deal you need one now.
