Reebok Store Vaughan Mills $35 Dion Phaneuf Leaf Jersey

Stopped off at Vaughan Mills Mall this afternoon. 30% off nearly everything - there was a specific line of clothes that was exempt from the discount but I can't remember what it's called. Best deal is Dion Phaneuf Leaf jersey (with name, number and captain C) for $35 after discount plus taxes (original MSRP was $175, then marked down to $50). No other players available. They have blue home and white away jerseys available in all sizes. I estimate about 5 blues and 10 whites were left. They also had 2 plain Washington Capitals red jerseys for $35.

Not a fan of Phaneuf but couldn't pass up this deal.

I was there last week and it was $100 + buy one get one 50% so $75 each. Maybe I'll pick one up this week. What sizes were left?

The exclusion is probably crossfit gear. Crossfit are usually excluded in the sales. Thanks, maybe I'll check this out tomorrow.

I know for sure they had M, L, XL when I left. I suggest going as soon as possible. Not many left and not sure when the 30% sale ends.

$175 would not be replica.

Replica, but still good quality. Name, number, logos are sewn on.

I'm no jersey expert but I don't think they would be "game" jerseys.

Technically high quality replicas but they're pretty much as close to the real thing as you can get. Crests should be embroidered and shoulder patches sewn on instead of being printed onto the jersey.

175 originally would be a "replica"

The next step up is "authentic" and would normally retail for much more

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the levels are:

Replica  Premier  Authentic

The $175 jerseys should be "premier". Authentic jerseys are often around $300 and replicas are under $100. As such, a $35 premier jersey is a dirt cheap. As a comparison, I've bought $90 premier jerseys that were considered steals at SportChek. $35 is insane.

$175 is the cost of a replica with name bar and numbering. The replica itself is around $125. The rest is the cost of the name bar and numbering, which is usually $50+ dollars.

No. These will be the regular replicas. Crest will be ironed on.

Yes, Premier used to be called Replica before the jersey redesigns

Most people use replica and premier interchangeably, but aren't the ones that say replica on them only kids/infant jerseys?

I have an authentic Mighty Ducks jersey from Sport Chek in the late 1990s that was marked down from 300 to 80 dollars, now that was a steal lol

What's surprising is that they're clearing this out even though Phaneuf is an active player on the team. I could see them clearing out traded players at this price. Unless Reebok knows something we don't

Premier and Replica are the same thing. The adult sized replicas are called "premier replicas". They retail for $125 regular price.

Authentic or Pro jerseys start at $270-$300 for blank jerseys. Add on another $50-$100 for lettering and name bars.

These ones on sale are the Reebok Premier. Bought a medium around 7pm. 2 M, around 10 L, and several XL left at that time.
