[FS] reference 6950 2gb fully unlocked to 6970 and oc'd to 950/1430 + arctic twin turbo 2

I'm selling my Reference Gigabyte 6950 2gb that has the dual bios switch and comes fully unlocked to a 6970 (shader unlock and clock speeds). Right now it's overclocked to 950/1430, but with the afterburner tweak I was able to get it up to 980/1450 stable. I only did that benchmarking and for 24/7 use it runs at 950/1430. It has an Arctic Acellero twin turbo 2 cooler on it that runs extremely quiet and efficient. My temps are at 30 idle and don't tip past 55 on load.

I will include the box and all original accessories including the reference cooler. I will also include the box for the Arctic cooler which has a lot of unused heatsinks and other accessories.
