Remote Program Sharing Program

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a Remote Program sharing program. I'm looking for something different than a remote desktop sharing, but a program where you can just share ONE single program.

I've tried Mikogo which works, but it's SUPER laggy, and I've used Netmeeting but it eventually disconnects. I need something that will have a decent speed and just to share ONE program so the other user cannot see all the other files in my computer.

ANY help would be SO MUCH appreciated!!
