did you check your system ?
dose it have virus?
that could slow your internet...
maybe someone stealing your Wireless Signal

I checked everything, it's seem fine. I still can't resolve my PROBLEM!!!

Try pinging your router and see what the ping times are, to make sure it's a problem within your network and not a problem with your internet connection.
